I'm excited to appear in concert in my hometown San Antonio, TX for the first time in 15 years next Friday April 8th! My band is going to headline the 2022 Fiesta Jazz Fest at St. Mary's University, presenting music from my latest albums from Whirlwind Recordings and Posi-Tone Records.

I'll be bringing an incredible rhythm section from New York: Kristjan Randalu, Peter Slavov, and Jimmy Macbride.

Admission is FREE, and the concert will take place in the Pecan Grove at St. Mary's. Our band is scheduled for 8:00pm, although there will be lots of great music all day starting at 1:00. I hope to see a lot of old and new Texas friends there!

My latest album “Acadia: Way of the Cairns” has been included on the voting ballot to determine the 2022 Grammy Award nominations. Full nominations will be announced on November 23rd, 2021.

As expected, all of my upcoming events for the foreseeable future have been canceled due to concerns about the Corona virus pandemic. I hope that some of them will eventually be rescheduled for happier and healthier times, and that my European tours for this fall will still happen, but we will just have to wait and see. Of course, I will keep this site updated with the latest information.
